Friday--Sarah and Charlie's Wedding

Lexie managed to sleep for a while at the reception!
Can you tell which cousin lives in Texas?? I'll give you a hint...it's not the pale one!
This is about all the dancing Allie and Maddie were able to do as the dance started well after the girls should have been in bed!
Besides the silverware in Aubrey's mouth...this had potential to be a good picture!
My two older girls...gotta love the cheesy smiles!
Papa and Lexie...both have the same smile!
This is how Aubrey kept busy while waiting for her food...stacking together everything she could get her hands on!

Thursday--Juneteenth Day Celebration at Garden Homes

Couldn't resist taking the up close and personal shot of Lexie in the frontback carrier...sound asleep with her bonnet on!
The kiddoes are enjoying their picnic lunch outside after a hard morning of playing, cleaning ground and swimming!
The Bauer brothers were on our neighbor's roof today and the kids couldn't resist helping...it took a few tries to get them to understand that they were to pick up shingle pieces and not Audrey's (our neighbor) landscaping rocks!!
Allie and Jayden helping to clean up
We are now at the block party at Garden Homes
Aubrey and her many faces...

Allie is waiting in line with her ticket to play a game. Allie was also the lucky winner of an ipod shuffle! However, seeing that she's three and didn't have a clue as to what it was, we decided to give it back and let another person win it. I should probably mention that I wouldn't have any idea how to use it either! It was a beautiful evening for the block party!! They had tables set up in the street, food was served in the parking lot and games were set up in the gym! It was a lot of fun and we're looking forward to next years!

Wednesday--G&G's 60th Anniversary Party

Aubrey and Emma
The Josh Bauer Family...we were so happy to have Corey there for the party!!
Our children: Corey, Allison, Aubrey, and Alexis
Uncle Nate looks to have his hand full! The cousins just adore their Uncle!
Trying to get 10 grandkids together looking for a picture...nearly impossible! It was worth a try though.
Things went a little better when Grandma and Grandpa were in the picture
Then...babies cried, the older ones lost interest and we had to give up!
The cousins had so much fun together on their first day of seeing each other!
And we all fall down!!
What an amazing sight...a huge gathering of family and friends all together because two people fell in love and were married! The extended Bauer family all gathered to celebrate Grandma and Grandpa's 60th wedding anniversary. You can just imagine...G&G have 7 children, who all have kids and many of them have kids! This was the first night of parties that we'll be going to this weekend...we will be attending a Juneteenth Day Block Party at Garden Homes Thursday, a Bauer cousin wedding on Friday, our immediate Bauer family reunion party all day Saturday and then another Bauer cousin wedding on Sunday! Lots of pictures to come!!
